Experienced Team Secretary from Banking and Asset Management Background Up to Ł17.00ph Our client is a prestigious asset management organisation based in the St Pauls area. We are seeking experienced team secretaries from a proven banking background to work with a variety of dynamic teams within the business. You will be able to demonstrate that you have worked with a team in size from 10 25 and that you are willing and able to support all members of a division through to Director level. A passion for accuracy and the ability to work to tight deadlines dealing with all aspects of the teams administrative and secretarial function is essential. You will possess intermediate to advanced capabilities within all Ms Office packages with an emphasis on Word Excel and PowerPoint. A working knowledge of Ms Outlook is essential as is the ability to book appointments manage diaries and travel arrangements. You will be a dedicated professional who has a solid work history as a team secretary Cvs will not be entertained from alternative roles. A preference will be given to those who can demonstrate a regular employment history with little breaks in between assignments or roles.
